As we have a dedicated team of specialists across different areas of expertise, one VA cannot effectively fulfill multiple roles within your agency due to the depth of skill required in each area. However, we do offer Executive VAs who can support you with administrative tasks, social media management, and content editing within a single role.

We do not offer free trials. However, for Creative VA roles, we can provide a paid trial for 1–2 content pieces so you can assess the quality of work before moving forward. 

Our VAs are highly skilled professionals with experience across multiple industries. That said, every business owner has unique preferences, goals, and workflows. We recommend sharing detailed SOPs upfront and maintaining clear communication during the initial weeks so we can understand how you operate and closely replicate your processes.

At VSA, we work with a trusted pool of experienced VAs with whom we have collaborated extensively. Each VA has been vetted and has consistently delivered results. We do not place inexperienced or untested talent with our clients.

If the reason is valid, such as a health or personal matter, we are open to making reasonable adjustments to the budget. However, if the underutilization is due to reduced workload, lack of task allocation, or delays from the client’s side, the allocated hours will be fully charged and no adjustments will be made.

If your concern is valid, we will schedule a call to understand the issue in detail. From there, we will either resolve the concern or provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

We value clear communication and full transparency regarding your preferences and any concerns so we can address them early. We expect SOPs to be shared upfront, consistent task allocation, and active use of your VA’s allocated hours on a daily basis rather than letting tasks accumulate. We also request that package terms remain unchanged after onboarding. Above all, we appreciate a respectful and collaborative approach towards our team.
